1. This section pertains to all classes and covers the minimum requirements vehicles must have before racing. *Please refer to individual class rules for other requirements.

2. All classes are required to have a minimum 4 pt. roll cage constructed of no less than 1 1/4" cage piping. No exhaust pipe allowed. Refer to Roll Cage Rules & Diagrams.

3. A four point harness is mandatory for all drivers in all classes - "No Homemade". Harness must be securely fastened and in good working condition.

4. Window nets are mandatory in all classes "No Homemade". Nets must be fastened inside or roll cage, and able to be released from the top or bottom.

5. Window nets will only be permitted to have one of the following latch mechanisms - metal seat belt, metal spring loaded, or metal harness. If you do not have one of these lock and release mechanisms, you will not be permitted to race!

6. Vehicles must have a minimum 3 lb. rechargeable fire extinguisher mounted with a "metal" bracket, and must be within reach of driver.

7. Drivers & passengers must have a D.O.T. approved helmet in good condition with securable neck strap.

8. All window glass must be removed except windshield. All carpets, door panels, & rear seats are to be removed.

9. Front & rear bumper/cover must have 2 chains securely attached to prevent dislodging and for towing purposes. Must allow for Min. of 14" chain.

10. Vehicles must have all 4 brakes in good working order.

11. Batteries must be securely fastened. Batteries that are underneath the hood should be side-posted or covered. Batteries inside driver's area must be in a box & covered.

12. Water in radiator only. No antifreeze.

13. Stock or D.O.T. approved all season tires only. No deep lug snow tires. Any tires that refer to winter use or that have stud holes are not allowed. No tire alterations!

14. All four wheels must be same size - 13", 14" or 15".

15. No aluminum wheels with the exception of Enduros.

16. Drivers & Passengers (Youth Class) are required to wear pants "No Shorts", AND 100% long sleeved shirts or jackets. Fire suits are strongly recommended.

17. If a fuel cell is used, a firewall must separate cell & driver.

18. Doors must be welded or chained shut. Drivers door must not be cut down to the extent that it endangers the driver.

19. Driver must use same car for heat & feature.

20. No turbos or super-charged engines. Transmission and engine must be in stock location.

21. No radiator or gas fillers in driver's compartment.

22. Bumpers crash bars and nerf bars must not exceed the outside width. No cowcatchers, sharp edges, or fasteners. All bars must be behind front facia and/or bumper stock location.
